Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training Logistics Support Administrator for an opening in Littleton, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
the Training Logistics Administrative Support role will be part of the Integrated Services team supporting the more technical activities associated with implementation of a new learning management system (LMS), new process tool development and other training logistic activities. Responsibilities include performing training logistics functions in the learning management system for registration & class schedules; data cleansing and reconciliation activities associated with the migration to a new LMS; the loading of course files into the LMS; and using Microsoft Access to support the design and building of a training logistics database(s).

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience working in a training environment using a learning management system • Proficient with Microsoft Access • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.) • Technologically savvy • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work with large amounts of data/information and numbers; creating reports • Skilled with analysis and problem solving; data gathering • Ability to meet consistently manage work activities to achieve deadlines • Interpersonal skills working with various styles and types of teams

DESIRED
Microsoft Project Microsoft Access Systems and critical thinking

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
