Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Field Technician 2 for an opening in Huntsville, AL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide guidance and instructions in the use of associated special tools and test equipment. Emphasize safety precautions. 'Demonstrates best method' for installation and troubleshooting on track vehicles and missiles. Render technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems. Provide an analysis of maintenance program and recommendations that may be beneficial.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrates proficiency in general PC operations (Windows and Microsoft Office). Knowledge of web-based tracking systems. Ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels. Current valid drivers license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Familiar with HIMARS and M270A1 track vehicle launchers Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. ASE certification is preferred.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time
