Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for the Aeronautics Recruiting Center (ARC). Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Interface with Customer, other company, and LM Executives and their Administrative Assistants. Drafts memos and correspondence for review. Schedule internal and external meetings, phone conferences, live meetings and travel arrangements. Manage the daily ARC interviews, order supplies and provide a best in class customer experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
0-5 YRS

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time, 9/80-A

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
