Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Associate Scientist for an opening in South San Francisco, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
He/she will support Tech Transfer scientist for Allelic Ladder work which includes: plasmid preparation, seed formulation, single-locus amplification, mini-mix formulation, and final formulation. He/she will also support Tech Transfer scientist for method development and stability study testing for Rapid ID positive control.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The job requires proficiency in common molecular biology techniques and familiarity with PCR and CE analysis. Proficiency in CE -such as 3130, 3730, and 3500 and qPCR such as 7500 are highly preferred. Knowing how to analyze the data from CE is required. Also, having experience in SAP and manufacturing documentation is highly desirable.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
