Chipton-Ross is seeking a Principal Logistics Support 3 for an opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.
Support Area Management teams in very dynamic highbays/labs throughout Systems Integration, Test & Evaluation (SIT&E).
Oversee and maintain inventory and supply of company assets (I.E. consumables, garments, tools, etc.).
Ability to assist with routine audits, safety protocol, cleanliness standards, maintenance of established. environmental controls/logs and assist with hazardous waste and property disposal. They will be working with Acetone, Distilled water and Isopropyl Alcohol.
Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing constraints.
Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
High School diploma and 4 years related experience.
Must have knowledge of inventory control and maintenance of supplies.
Customer service orientated.
Must be confident and willing to work around flight hardware.
Must be willing to work with hazardous materials.
High School degree/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
Candidate must be willing to work overtime. Current employees are working 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week and work random Sundays to support program surges or critical tasks. Please make sure candidate is aware of this prior to submittal.
