Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineering Intern for an opening in Goleta, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engineering intern with integrated circuit design training or experience to help advance the state-of-the art in infrared and visible sensors. The selected candidate will contribute as part of a design team creating advanced infrared cameras and imaging systems. Technology areas of interest include integrated circuit CMOS design, electronics design, software development and programming in C, C++, and MATLAB, systems engineering, electrical engineering, analog and digital circuit design, RF design, integrated circuit design, and/or infrared optics and radiometry. This is a unique opportunity to join our small design team and help create the next generation of infrared imaging sensors. This is a flexible, part-time work opportunity where we will work with the chosen candidate to accommodate their class schedule and work-study balance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Electrical, electronics engineering, or integrated circuit design training or experience. GPA MUST BE 3.0 OR HIGHER. This position is ONLY for a CURRENT STUDENT.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Part-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
