Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for an opening in Cypress, CA.
The main responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Administrator is the on-time collection of cash and cash application and the proper record and invoices as to account, amount, and period.
" Interact with customers and upper management to resolve collection and/or invoice issues
" Reconcile and post cash receipts
" Perform the end of the month Accounts receivable closing procedures, including journal entries and roll-forward
" Analyze customer accounts for errors and make necessary corrections
" Maintain the customer master file.
" Review monthly invoicing for proper account, amount, and period.
" Customarily and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment
" Performs under only general supervision work along specialized or technical lines requiring special knowledge
" Executes under only general supervision special assignments and tasks
3-5 years of experience in cash receipts applications and accounts receivable collections and Intercompany billing
Computer Skill: Microsoft Office and Windows operating system.
Other Skills: Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate, written and verbal communication skills.
Accredited AA or Bachelors degree in business.
8:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F + possible overtime
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
