Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Combat Aircraft Training Specialist 5's for openings in Universal City, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a highly experience UH-1N Special Mission Aviator (SMA) Subject Matter Expert with nuclear mission experience preferred to lead the SMA training development for the new MH-139 that will replace the UH-1N Helicopter. The Pilot SME will lead the development of the Front End Analysis that will be used as the basis to develop the training for the Flight Training Unit. The SMA SME will monitors training project budgets and schedules. Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements. Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices. Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students. Mentors and coordinates work assignments for other instructors/team members. Works under consultative direction.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Develops technical proposals for high performance aircrew training. Monitors training project budgets and schedules. Determines customer requirements and develops training courses and materials to satisfy requirements. Teaches developed courses using a variety of media and training devices. Assesses participant learning and adjusts presentation to ensure successful understanding by all students. Mentors and coordinates work assignments for other instructors/team members. Works under consultative direction.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
