Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Compliance Specialist for an opening in Tewksbury, MA.

The Global Trade Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the GTC team activities of the Field and Safety Instruments Business. (COO Admin).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
he candidate will participate in process of ensuring our products comply with the following global requirements:

Country of Origin certificates. Translations for packaging. Other regulations relevant to the FSI Business.

The candidate will assist in:

Gathering and maintaining country of origin certificates by calling suppliers directly. Coordinating language requirements for labelling. Standardizing formats and content in a database. Interface with the Global Trade Compliance team, purchasing team, IT and manufacturers.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong quantitative, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Results oriented through initiative, ownership and accountability. It is required that the candidate can manage multiple tasks, has good judgment, and prioritizes tasks and time effectively. MS Excel and Outlook experience required. Exceptional communication / telephone skills required.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
