Description
Chipton Ross is seeking a HR Support for an opening in Rancho Cordova, CA

Responsibilities
60% - Provide direct support to the HR Systems and Personnel Records team. Responsibilities include: review for accuracy all HR data entry transactions such as new hire entry and employee status changes, maintain personnel files ensuring all required documents are in order, handle records archiving activities, and respond to employment verifications (verbal and written).
30% - Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, documents and forms, including compiling data for use in a variety of special reports. Run and distribute monthly and weekly reports as needed.
10% - Prepare expense report documentation, make travel arrangement
