Chipton-Ross is seeking a Computer Systems Architect 3 for an opportunity in Manhattan Beach, CA.

We are looking for an individual who will support custom test controllers, special test equipment and networks in the engineering areas. Strong system administration skills and IT hardware and operating systems are required to support high availability/dynamic environments such as engineering labs and Integration and test beds in the Space program areas.
Recurring responsibilities:
Use Enterprise Level hardware and application software and setting up centralized services.
Design technical sound solutions for system requirements including both functional and the security compliance compliance.
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Deliver updates and coordinate with impacted team including conducting reviews and presenting findings.
Perform continuous monitoring for systems, including documentation for supporting the process.
Develop patching and remediation activities including developing the end to end process with users and implementing them.
Implement security controls and profiles and communicate with information security/computer security office to ensure.

Must have 5 Years relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; or an additional 4 years of experience in Lieu of a Degree (Total of 9 years relevant experience).
Candidate mus have a solid Windows System Admin background.

Bachelors in Science is required. See required experience with substitution.
School must be accredited.

9/80 workweek.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
