Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Inventory Site Specialist for an opening in Thousand Oaks, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct inventory of pipettes in laboratories, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Utilize various technologies to document pipette asset and lab location information
Track and communicate inventory and data entry progress to Project Lead daily
Organize and label pipettes per client specifications
Communicate with lab clients on an as needed basis

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred
Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred
Customer service
Data entry/inventory
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Must work well in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Ability to consistently follow documented procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and experience using other computer software programs

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
