- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for an opening in Cambridge, MA.
Support a key customer Pipette Calibration program by successful inventory of lab assets to uphold quality and compliance requirements. Conduct inventory of pipettes in laboratories, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Utilize various technologies to document pipette asset and lab location information. Track and communicate inventory and data entry progress to Project Lead daily. Organize and label pipettes per client specifications. Communicate with lab clients on an as needed basis
Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred. Experience in GLP/GMP environment preferred. Customer service. Data entry/inventory.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must work well in a team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Ability to consistently follow documented procedure.s Proficiency in MS Office and experience using other computer software programs.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday
Duration: 6 months with the strong possibility of extending an additional 6 months
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
