- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an opening in Camden, AR.
Responsible for supporting the organization as a skilled Recruiter. Recruit candidates and conduct interviews to screen job applicants, participate in programs and follow established policies and procedures to ensure Equal Employment Opportunities and Affirmative Action for minorities, females, veterans and individuals with a disability. Negotiate and close offers with selected candidates. Working closely with hiring managers and the broader Staffing and HR team, ensure that available positions are well-defined and appropriately advertised, identify and implement candidate sourcing strategies to fill positions quickly and with best qualified candidates, and ensure process compliance and appropriate documentation of recruitment outcomes.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to occasionally travel regionally or nationally to engage in recruitment activities is required.
Experience recruiting operational and engineering positions for a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for a Federal contractor strongly preferred.
Experience in both recruitment agency and corporate/in-house environments preferred.
Accredited Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline and six years directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
