Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Sr. Administrative Support for an opening in Redmond, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has responsibility for all administrative functions for the Client Program Office, reporting directly to the Sr. Director for Space Systems Programs and supporting project leaders, Sr. Manager of Programs and the Director of Programs.
50% - Providing support to the Space Systems program office as necessary.
30% - Performs as Program Risk Coordinator, maintaining complex files and department records (both hard and soft) in accordance with Client Command Media; manages the Orion team drive and Icollab sharepoint environment, ensuring files are created as required, standardized and maintained; manages the Orion program change log and coordinates team meetings. Gathers company internal data and compiles reports; compiles and organizes data for the programs group, maintains sensitive files and records. Prepares, organizes and collects files, and performs data archiving.
10% - Arranges and supports the Director and Senior manager with meeting scheduling and coordination, including team and department meetings and customer visits and site tours. As required, may arrange Senior management travel reservations and prepares expense reports.
10% - Performs assignments including responding to internal and external inquiries, including audit support, solving problems, and locating and summarizing information - executes complex sequence of operations in an established field under continually changing conditions requiring independent action. Reviews and answers inquiries using initiative and determines within established guidelines if executive action is required. Provides information as appropriate regarding organization and procedures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
He/she will require strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to manage multiple time?dependent tasks, and be committed to meeting deadlines with accuracy and proficiency. He/she will compile, edit and prepare powerpoint presentations, financial reports, coordinate team meetings, complete and submit expense reports, host risk management discussions.Additionally, he/she will participate in and lead miscellaneous projects or initiatives as needed. Successful candidate must possess solid grasp of the Microsoft software suite, sharepoint administration and database management.
Requires a thorough knowledge of modern office equipment, practices and procedures; complete proficiency in Windows and MS Office.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
