Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to the manager of Business and field Operations within the Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineering team on the F-35 program. The successful candidate will be deployed to MCAS Yuma, AZ working independently with minor direction from Manager. Assignments are often self-initiated and candidate determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.

The successful candidate will direct and guide the R&M Field Operation Program (Reliability Maintainability Review Board) at MCAS Yuma, AZ to ensure a disciplined, controlled, and credible approach is followed during R&M assessments. Schedule and coordinate the R&M activities. Conduct the Reliability Maintainability Review Boards at MCAS Yuma as Co-chairman. Primary focal point on MCAS Yuma LRIP aircraft for all Reliability & Maintainability matters. Work with government personnel in the review and categorization of all maintenance data associated with LRIP aircraft in support of Joint Reliability Maintainability Evaluation Team / Test Data Scoring Board (JRMET/TDSB) in accordance with the JRMET/TDSB Charter to assess the R&M performance of the aircraft. Support JRMET/TDSB and RMRB boards as required on R&M matters for LRIP aircraft assigned to MCAS Yuma (including Flight Hour capture). Evaluate and document deficiencies that impact the R&M performance of LRIP aircraft and participate in the evaluation of corrective action to determine the effectiveness of the fix.

The successful candidate must be able to develop concise formats, and generate and present information utilizing computer readouts, graphs, charts, tables, written reports or other methods.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience managing large sets of data using a maintenance data collection system, centralized failure / corrective action data collection system, data library, and / or Excel.
Reliability experience desired

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
