Chipton-Ross is seeking a Military Operations Analyst for an opportunity in Fort Bragg, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use marketing techniques to recruit new candidates for a fast moving organization. Manage the application process to include issuing, receiving and initial review process of all applications. Plan/supervise the Commander's board to include arranging travel for applicants, compiling relevant data/ background on the applicant and the logistical requirements for conduct of the board. Manage the administrative process for bring candidates to Bragg to include orders generation, movement, and logistical support. Analyzes management information requirements to develop program and administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. Tracks and monitors various recurring and non-recurring data. Operates computers to maintain administrative data to extract, summarize, and disseminate pertinent administrative information. Advises on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of recruiting support programs. Develops new or modified internal administrative program policies, procedures, and instructions in accordance with command goals and initiatives for effective and efficient management. Researches and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application to the organization's programs and operations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing techniques.
Experience and understanding of military organizational structures, and the functional interrelationships.
Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary security qualifications.
Must be able to work well with public as well as with co-workers.
Must be a self-starter and work independently with no or minimum guidance and be willing to listen and work with others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to travel and work long hours including weekends.

Active TS/SCI clearance
Vast knowledge in computers
Military operations experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS+3-5 YRS or MS+0-3 YRS

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
