Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a PT Documentation Specialist for an opportunity in Sierra Vista, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides a variety of basic clerical support to configuration management operations.
Assists in documenting and tracking routine aspects of hardware and/or software development activities.
Makes changes to established master files of contractually required technical data.
Assists in performing assorted configuration management and data management tasks as assigned.
Maintains databases, documents, drawings, parts lists, software or other items to create and maintain configuration baselines.
Responsible for logging, filing and tracking all necessary drawings, documents, lists and various other items as assigned.
Generates variety of standard reports as required.
Tracks location of hardware/software artifacts in order to incorporate future changes and additions.
This includes coordinating with multiple departments and requires time sensitive data to be completed in a timely manner for delivery to our customers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High School Degree is required.
NG is looking for an individual who is experienced in handling / processing and cataloging of multiple documents types and drawings in either hardcopy and/or softcopy.
Additionally, DoD and Engineering contract experience needed.

EDUCATION:
High School Degree is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
Part time: 20 hours per week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
