Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will perform Material Review Board (MRB) Engineering, primarily for structural related details, assemblies and installations on the F-22. Will be responsible for providing dispositions to non-conforming material documents.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with aircraft interchangeability / replaceability requirements, tool usage in an aircraft production environment, F-22 blueprint and specification familiarity, and basic aircraft systems knowledge is strongly preferred. Will be required to coordinate across a large number of functional areas, including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Structures and Systems groups, Safety, Material and Processes and Special Technology. CATIA proficiency is preferred. Previous aircraft MRB authority is highly desired.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS+9-15 YRS or MS+7-13 YRS

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time, 9/80-A
Second shift coverage, weekend work, odd shifts and holiday work may be required to support the test schedule.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
