Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 7 Employee Development Specialist 3 for openings in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ability to teach mechanical skills to new employees coming into Foundational Training Department. Basic skills drilling in Aluminum, Titanium and composite material. Be able to instruct employees on how to use drill motor, rivet gun, buck rivets, set up a countersink, use a 90 motor and put parts together.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
