Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Flight Test Engineering support for the full spectrum of ADP Flight Test activities from proposal development through post-flight test reporting. Will be required to customize test processes to individual customers and circumstances. Assess prototype aircraft operations for risk and assist in develop appropriate mitigating procedures.

During test execution phase, support mission conduct, configuration management, troubleshooting, and asset scheduling. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Flight Test conduct experience
-Author of test planning documentation
-Presentation experience to company and customer audiences
-Experience interfacing with all levels of customer management

Desired skills
-Developmental test program experience
-Test project lead or ship lead experience
-Mission Test Director experience
-Proposal development experience
-Must be willing to mentor junior-level team members

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
