Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Numerical Control Programmer 3 for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Works under general direction.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
CAD/CAM software:
Priority: Siemens Unigraphics NX8 or later
Preferred: CATIA V5, Vericut, PC-DMIS

*NX experience is not a hard requirement, but will require extensive training for those who don’t know that system.

Preferred: Familiarity with Acromatic 900, Acromatic 2100, Fanuc 31i, Mazatrol Matrix Nexus 2.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).


WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
Start Time: 6:00 AM
End Time: 2:30 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
