Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Specialist for an opportunity in Marion, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains central, controlled supply of classified and unclassified documents originating within the company. Reviews documents to determine pre-established classification level based on contracts or security manual, distribution requirements and processes distribution requests according to established procedures. Ensures generation of quality assurance checklist for product release packages in support of production schedules. May be required to maintain a secure, computerized document revision system, a periodic review system, and status tracking for all process-related documents and records.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Document Management 1-2 years, Ability to write technical documents and end-user documentation 1-2 years, Documentation Skills 1-2 years, and On-line Documenting 1-2 years.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift, 9/80A

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
