- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Accountant 2 for an opening in Hazelwood, MO.
The Intercompany Analyst assists with maintaining and documenting effective internal controls and processes, works with the team to identify accounting system issues, process improvements and accounting compliance. This position also supports internal and external auditors related specifically to job functions and cost transfers. Responsibilities also include reviewing and analyzing relevant accounting source documents and input to various systems (e.g. ICAT and EAS), reviewing and analyzing company directives to guide and make recommendations regarding accounting processes and practices. This role requires strong working relationships with various operating units and allows the opportunity to engage with the entire client enterprise to ensure proper cost alignment.
Finance/Accounting - Intermediate Level
MS Excel - Intermediate Level
Accounting skills - Intermediate Level
Accredited Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
