- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Reliability Engineer for an opportunity in Riviera Beach, FL
The candidate will Develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability and maintainability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiment constructs. Recommends design and/or test methods for achieving required levels of system reliability. Compiles, analyzes, and delivers performance reports; investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes, including suppliers. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company and customer reliability objectives. The candidate will be expected to develop Fault Trees and FMECAs using industry standard tools such as Windchill and Reliasoft, provide reliability predictions, support Logistics sparing planning, and support a development team with recommendations to meet or exceed system reliability and maintainability requirements. Candidate will support full program life cycles, from proposal, through conceptual and detailed design, through test and fielding of systems collecting reliability data. The candidate will also lead Failure Review Board on major programs and mentor lesser experienced engineers in the discipline.
Must have 6+ years in FMECA, fault tree, and reliability predictions.
