Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for an opening in Oakwood Village, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and package products for shipment (includes banding and stretch wrap of larger orders on skids)
Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments, and physical transfer to and from inventory locations.
Receiving activities performing all related inventory data transactions and verifying products to the purchase order.
Adheres to all safety procedures regarding the transportation and storage of goods.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, to document findings accurately and concisely and the ability to read and interpret shipping instructions.
Physically capable of opening crates and other large containers using hand tools to unpack items received, and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time unassisted.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
