Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under limited direction will be responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services. Provides counsel to new and existing members in regards to the various credit union services and investment opportunities available, with an emphasis on all current promotions. Perform assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions as required. These transactions include, but are not limited to, member inquiries, processing mail, and authorized account changes. May assist members with opening new accounts (Regular Shares, Share Draft, Money Market, Term Accounts, IRAs, etc.). May provide support to member relations associates as needed. Responsible for staying current with all applicable policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two years' experience of teller and/or new account representative experience. Knowledge of Teller functions, MSR functions, member service. Ability to professionally assist members with credit union products and services in accordance with all policies and procedures. Ability to manage workflow with limited supervision. Ability to provide support in various other areas as needed.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.

HOURS:
7:45AM to 4:45PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
