Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Compensation Analyst for an opening in Hillboro, OR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage design and roll out of 2020 Sales Incentive Program. Collaborate with business leaders to identify key metrics for inclusion in 2020 sales incentive program. Review and update sales incentive program terms & conditions, as needed. Build out excel templates for inputting annual targets by individual. Roll out excel templates to managers for inputting targets by individual and manage collection process. Integrate individual targets into word document sales incentive plan (MS Word, mail merge). Manage distribution and collection of signed individual sales incentive plans. Document processes of annual sales incentive roll out

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in analysis (Advanced excel and Microsoft office).

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
