- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative File Clerk for an opening in Redmond, WA.
Under close supervision, the Administrative Support (Level 1) performs a variety of routine clerical support duties in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures.
-Sorts and files correspondence, invoices, receipts, or other records
-Creates documents arranging information in readable format and/or according to specification using computer software, forms, documents, charts, etc.
-Maintains files, compiles statistical data and makes and checks routine calculations
-Proofreads documents and reports
-Collects information for specified report format -Completes forms and checks for accuracy
-Answers telephones and performs typing functions -Performs related work as required
-Ability to navigate command media documents (i.e. directives, procedures and work instructions) -Organizational skills
-Attention to detail
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and 0-1 year of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this position.
2 or 3 days per week. 4 to 8 hours per day
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
