Chipton-Ross is seeking a Collections Representative for an opening in Durham, NC.

Credit and Collection Representative oversees and maintains all Collection operations for accounts assigned in a manner that will increase sales volume, maximize cash flow, contribute to profit and stability. Provide for prompt turnover and adequate protection of Accounts Receivable, while maintaining the highest level of Customer Satisfaction. The Credit and Collection Representative will be responsible for accounts assigned and will include but not be limited to the following: Deduction Resolution, Facilitate Meetings, Process Improvement and Customer Satisfaction. The job is to be performed in accordance with established Company Policies and Credit Department guidelines, and in conformity with all applicable state and federal laws.
Timely collections and reconciliation of A/R for assigned portfolio to achieve collection target and ensure positive cashflow.
Manage collection and email queues within GetPaid collections tool to ensure daily collection tasks are performed.
Interface with internal and external customers to resolve any deduction related issues & improve process to prevent reoccurrence.
Communicate with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve all related business matters and discuss status of customer accounts, keeping the Sales Organization and Management advised of any escalated action to be initiated on delinquent, disputed and over credit line accounts.
Work with cash application team to resolve cash application issues.
Create reporting and facilitate dispute resolution calls with assigned Patheon site personnel.
Other duties as required.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
