Chipton-Ross is seeking a Records & Info Mgmt Spec 4 for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

Under the supervision of the RIM Manager specific responsibilities include:
•Leads the development and implementation of the overall Records Management Program strategic improvements including all aspects of the life cycle of information from initial publication or creation through disposition
•Effectively and actively participate in the evaluation to simplify and streamline storage, security, version control, process routing, and retention
•Applies and makes recommendations for maintaining and updating the Enterprise Records Retention Schedule for all enterprise records. Manage the enforcement of the Records Retention Schedule by coordinating with relevant functions across the Enterprise.Work with attorneys and records representativeto ensure that the Records Retention Schedule is kept up-to-date in compliance with regulatory and other stakeholder requirements
•Direct the operation of on-site and off-site physical records storage, and make determinations and provide guidance on the proper transfer, storage, retention and destruction of records in compliance with RIM policies; participate in the development of electronic storage strategy and plan
•Provide input into the development of the statement of work for vendor contract agreements and support management of supplier oversight, site inspections, monitoring vendor invoices and performance metrics
•Coordinates with RIM stakeholders to communicate, implement and monitor program requirements
•Lead and conduct periodic RIM quality control reviews, compliance audits, risk assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of electronic systems and for general program improvement purposes
•Communicate RIM Program strategy, service, and assist with conducting general awareness education and establishment of training programs
•Leads the development of information governance field concepts, practices, and procedures standards
•Complete understanding of RIM and the ability to coach and teach others

The successful candidate will have:
•Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes, determine gaps, and oversee resolution as required.
•The ability to develop and leverage collaborative relationships within the organization and across the enterprise to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
•Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
