- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Inventory/Materials Assistant for an opening in Marietta, GA.
To sort, categorize, log images and package Ravenworks inventory for the transition of the program to LM Valley Forge. The determination of inventory use, obsolescence or excess will be made by the PMO office. This resource will sort and create a comprehensive list of all related Ravenworks inventory from areas including but not limited to LM Aero bay and external connexs. Subsequently once the usefulness of the assets has been determined by PMO, the inventory will be packaged accordingly. Based on usefulness determination the material will have one of three destinations: (1) transitioned to LM Valley forge in support of program, (2) be held in an area for transport to other sites based on interest (after advertised on LM Excess inventory network), or (3) dispositioned and properly scrapped at the Aero facility. The local program support staff will provide day to day instructions. This resource is integral in the transfer or disposition of obsolete/excess inventory and will aid in the transition of the program from LM Marietta to LM Valley Forge. Estimate completion of inventory transition 30 April. Target program transition 30 Jun 2020.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
