Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aircraft Systems Mechanic 3 for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems. Conducts diagnosis of malfunctions. Performs maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. Maintains FAA required records, manuals and inspection forms.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of a High School Diploma and 4 years' experience within a manufacturing assembly environment
Requires an airframe and power license.
Must be available to work any shift
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge in systems assembly.

EDUCATION:
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
4/10 workweek.
Candidate must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
