Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an opening in Framingham, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate various process equipment including reactors, pressure filters, TFF unit, pumps, filling, labeling and packaging equipment according to written SOP’s and UOP’s.

Handle chemicals and waste in a safe and appropriate manner.

Utilize local control systems (PLC and Delta V) in accordance with SOP and UOP’s to carry out unit operations.

Operate various filling, labeling and packaging equipment according to written SOP’s and UOP’s.

Perform routine maintenance on filling, labeling and packaging equipment.

Perform duties within the corporate EH&S Standards.

Maintain batch and equipment records per department’s ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.

Perform required in process testing to include conductivity, pH, moisture and size analysis.

Participation in process improvement and 5S projects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Able to work independently, within a team environment.

Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory control systems desired.

Knowledge of Delta-V or similar desired

Excellent math and mechanical skills required.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
2nd Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
