Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Enterprise Operations Manager for an opportunity in Doral, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Engineering Manager reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for multiple teams engaged in the technical design and engineering functions; directs the technical organization to ensure progress according to technical objectives within budgetary and schedule guidelines; oversees the design of both new and existing IT modernization, expansion, and improvement projects; analyzes, evaluates, and plans methods of approach; and organizes the means to achieve solutions to highly complex technical problems. Develop engineering and project management standards in accordance with the tasks and the client expectations. Communicate these standards to all team members and monitor compliance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
DoD 8570 certification (minimum IAM Level III).
Experience designing, configuring, deploying and troubleshooting of network, system, and architecture.
USSOUTHCOM or adjacent USCOCOM experience. A minimum of six years of experience managing complex full range of enterprise IT-related services and technical solutions programs that span cybersecurity and IT management. A minimum of six years of performance as an IT engineer. A minimum of 10 years managing the development and implementation of new technology, to include the design, integration, migration of network infrastructure and services; maintenance and troubleshooting; and recommending enhancements. A minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams of network, system, and architecture engineers. A minimum of 10 years working with DoD IA policy and guidelines and applying their implications on network architecture design and configuration. Possess project or program management certifications such as PMP or equivalent Government certifications.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree plus 15 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of experience. Additional relevant experience can be used as substitution for education. School must be accredited.

HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm

MISCELLANEOUS:

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
