Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Administration Manager for an opportunity in Doral, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Administration Manager to lead a large team on building a defensible, secure, modern, and efficient IT infrastructure for the USSOUTHCOM. The System Administration Manager has broad responsibility for systems administration of platforms installed throughout the USSOUTHCOM AOR.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
USSOUTHCOM or adjacent COCOM experience. A minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex full range of enterprise IT-related services and technical solutions programs that span cybersecurity and IT management. A minimum of three years as a Senior Operations Manager. A minimum of three years planning and executing local and long-haul communications. Possess a project management certifications such as PMP or equivalent Government certification.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors of Science/Engineering degree in Electrical, Physics, or Engineering Technology with coursework equivalent to a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE) program plus 10 years of experience. School must be accredited.

HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
