Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an opening in Petaluma, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow quality standards in accordance with company policy.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance practices and record all data.
Observe mechanical equipment in operation and follow good troubleshooting practices to locate causes of trouble. Adjust functional parts of equipment and control instrumentation. Install or replace worn or faulty components for equipment performance restoration or improvement. Test equipment performance and record all data.
Perform daily responsibilities with urgency and a high level of accountability.
Demonstrate creativity and diligence in meeting daily and long term projects and performance objectives.
Initiate purchase orders for parts and machines.
Assist in training new technicians.
May perform other reasonable, related business duties.
Under general supervision, repairs and maintains machinery and equipment such as motors, pneumatic equipment, conveyor systems, production machines, and general facilities maintenance.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
