Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Trainer for an opening in Littleton, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electromechanical or optical areas. Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors. The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective. Candidate shall also be capable of creating training plans, working with learning management systems, Works under moderate supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Soldering and Cabling skills Instructional Systems Design experience Experience in On-The-Job Training Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing environment

4 - 8 years of electronic manufacturing experience or bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic field with 2 - 4 years of experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Instructional Systems Design certification Teaching in a Manufacturing environment IPC Certification NASA Certification

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
