Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Assistant II for an opportunity in Irving, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis and clearing of employee claims, Heat case administration - case creation for Ed Assist/Claims/Retention/Sign on, Analyze/Disposition cases/tasks on Ed Assist and historical case catch up, Application/accounting of checks for DRT-Overpayments and Education Assistance, Input C801 forms into SAP system for Education Assistance repayment, Customer contact via phone and email for payment arrangements scheduled Ed Assist and overpayments for repayments. Generate repayment agreements/overpayment letters, Communicate with employees regarding overpayment related activities as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
SAP, all microsoft office software, especially Excel - pivot, v-lookups. Broad overall payroll knowledge. Analytical, dependable worker with focus on ensuring the Team meets its goals and deadlines

EDUCATION:
High School degree is required.
School must be accredited.

FULL TIME/5/40 WORK WEEK
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
