- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Nurse 3 for an opening in Mesa, AZ.
Support delivery of the Health Services with an emphasis on COVID-19 response including:
- Complete telephonic assessments of employees who are ill, being tested for COVID-19, or confirmed positive
- Determine when quarantine and contact tracing are indicated
-Conduct follow-up calls to assess employees who are ill or are close contacts, and determine status and RTW
- Complete medical documentation for cases in alignment with documentation guidelines
-Complete quality reviews of case documentation
-Review occupational health questionnaires and determine medical clearance
- Other projects as assigned
- RN coverage is primarily needed for evening hours and weekends
Occupational health, public health, and infectious disease experience are a plus, but not required.
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Aiming for full time to start (can be flexible if needed). Primarily needed for evening hours and weekends.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
