Chipton-Ross is seeking a Labeling Specialist for an opening in Grand Island, NY.

Work in both an individual and team based environment to create, execute and generate all order and production documentation while identifying potential improvement opportunities.

Individual will provide functional support for operations tasks including:

Change Order Execution within Multiple Systems
Batch Record Review, Revision, Approval and Generation
ECO/ECR Progression and Execution
QC Code Set Up and Revision
Print Labels Per Spec
Spex Index Review
Generate production records
Report out daily activities
Other related duties as assigned

Ability to organize and enter data quickly and accurately
Ability to work effectively in team environment as well as independently
Ability to set and re-evaluate priorities based on workload
Ability to interact with various departments outside of Operations and maintain a professional and assertive approach
Proven ability to problem-solve
High stress tolerance for fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Strong follow up and organizational skills, detail orientated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
E1 / Agile / POMs / LIMs Systems / Production Batch Record experience desired.
Standard Operating Procedures, Client operations and best practice knowledge helpful.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Works in both an office and manufacturing facility. May on an occasional basis walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs. May be required to stand or sit for extended periods. The noise level in the work environment may become moderate to high. Will regularly sit at desk for a long period of time to write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Position will require repetitive motion tasks on a daily basis. Employee must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Accredited High School Diploma/GED

2nd Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
