Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Health Services Support Admin C for an opening in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs administrative tasks in support of medical services, including front office check-in of arriving patients and initial management of inbound phone requests. Runs basic queries to prepare medical information reports. Documents occupational health examination information and qualifications from health examinations. Schedules complex appointments for internal and external providers. Assesses the urgency of medical requests based on observable or stated signs and symptoms, taking immediate action to minimize potential exposure. Retrieves and files individual medical records, processes routine requests for medical information releases, and ensures storage of medical records following established protocols. Provides an excellent customer service experience for all employees.

EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

ON CALL/WORK HOURS: Hours may be variable with a start time as early as 05:00 am and an end time as late as 6:30 pm. Work week is Monday-Friday.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
