Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Support Coordinator for an opening in Grand Island, NY.

SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Support Coordinator is responsible supporting the set up and modifications of new and existing custom products. This function ensures an efficient and accurate setup. The role fits within the custom cell and works with many teams including, manufacturing, project management office and other cross functional teams. Primary roles will be POMS (production operation management system), LIMS (Laboratory information management system), batch record creation and changes, EBR (electronic batch records) and change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and understand Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP – Oracle). Ability to organize and enter data quickly and accurately. Ability to work effectively in team environment as well as independently. Ability to set and re-evaluate priorities based on workload Ability to interact with various departments outside of Operations and maintain a professional and assertive approach. Proven ability to problem-solve. High stress tolerance for fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong follow up and organizational skills, detail orientated. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. E1 / Agile / POMs / LIMs Systems / Production Batch Record experience desired. Standard Operating Procedures, client operations and best practice knowledge helpful.

Nature and Scope

Works on assignments that may include resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Work independently and take initiative and may receive instruction on routine work/support for new assignments. The candidate must possess and demonstrate the attention to detail including planning and multitasking assignments. Candidate must be driven during both new and challenging workflows and priorities, as well as during routine assignments. Ability to appreciate the significance and contributions of each project toward Company and customer objectives is key.

Measures of Contribution/Impact

Support the Media Network within the BioProduction and BioSciences Business divisions within the Life Sciences Solutions Group (LSG). This position supports cell culture operations. This position is engaged with cross functional teams to support document creation and changes. The ability to achieve these objectives within established service level agreements, as well as during times of expedited service, is important to success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:
Possesses understanding of cGMP, manufacturing operations and the systems required for implementation; continuous learning and continuous improvement through experience, training, and application. At least 1 years of experience, in operations. Professional and/or customer service experience.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED; Degree preferred.

Full-Time
1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
