Chipton-Ross is seeking a Quality Specialist for an opening in Raleigh, NC.
This is a unique opportunity where you will support the transformation of Site SOP’s and learn how to conduct an assessment and create a predictive SOP model for each site within the PSG network, including CTD, DSD, NA DPD, and EU DPD. There may also be opportunities to work directly at sites to improve SOP creation skills e.g., process mapping, rubric use training, etc.
Learn how to transform a classic style SOP into a process-based format.
Learn how to use MS Teams to support the training efforts for the transformation.
Guide Site users how to transform SOP’s.
You will also learn predictive analytics:
Perform queries within site specific TrackWise
Identify and isolate all investigation influencing a SOP revision
Create a Pareto against the root cause established from the isolated TrackWise Investigations using Microsoft Excel
Gather all impacted SOPs from the site
Assess each SOP against the Rubric and record results within Excel
Assemble and deliver the results in a presentation format using PowerPoint to the Global Quality Manager for final review and distribution.
Technical Write skills is an asset.
1 + year in technical writing and asset.
Proficient in Technical Writing.
Proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams
Ability to work independently, setting timelines to meet deadlines to ensure all sites assessment are completed within the secondment period.
Accredited BS/BA in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, engineering, other science related field, or equivalent
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
