Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator B located in Jacksonville, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions. Monitors work in process. Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to insure parts availability. Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under general supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Some forklift, order picker, and/or powered industrial truck experience required. Military supply experience a plus. Seeking highly motivated, detail oriented, experienced warehouse personnel with commitment to safety, first pass quality, continuous improvement, and the promotion of an inclusive and collaborative work culture.

EDUCATION:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Shift work flexibility a plus to include 2ND shift (1000-1830) as required, and Saturday on a volunteer basis.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
