- Chipton-Ross is seeking a BID Digital Budget Consultant for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.
Help maintain team trackers critical to managing budgets for the divisional marketing team. They will be working closely with finance and accounting ensuring we have complete visibility to our forecast and actual budgets. Proactively provides analysis and insights on marketing spend.
Digital Marketing Ad Budget & Spend Management
Oversee consolidation of digital marketing budgets and spend spanning multiple business units, divisional programs and regions.
Work with a cross-functional marketing team to design and implement budget management and accounting practices.
Responsible for month-end accounting, including cross-charges, accruals, roll-ups and reconciliations.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and other internal stakeholder teams to process invoices.
Basic accounting & finance experience, experience with invoicing & PO processes, advanced Excel and powerpoint skills, Coupa (SupplyConnect)
An analytical thinker is needed – given this individual will be heavily involved with budgeting and working with finance, someone who can work quickly and efficiently with numbers is required
Project management skills
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
