Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer Support Analyst 5 for an opening at Hill AFB, UT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads teams to research, analyze and compile complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development. Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs. Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Provides leadership to project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives. Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools. Provide technical leadership, develops training, leads and mentors others. Systems analysis tasking specific to ICBM Programs will include detailed technical drawing oversight and review, interface design documentation and review, ensuring configuration processes are established, assisting program manager on other systems engineering tasks including pre-production planning for deployment activities. Works under consultative direction.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10 or more years of experience in system design or engineering. Strong understanding of mil-std drawing requirements. Experience working with systems with multiple interfaces.

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

PART TIME/WORK HOURS: Part time hours, less than 20 hours per week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
