Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Health Services Support Administrator B located in Philadelphia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a routine administrative tasks in support of medical services. Updates and enters minimal documentation in health information system. Schedules complex appointments for internal providers. Assesses the urgency of medical requests based on observable or stated signs and symptoms, taking immediate action to minimize potential exposure. Initiates referral. Retrieves and files individual medical records and documentation for routine requests and storage following established protocol. Releases routine medical records following documented policies and procedures. Copies complex medical records following documented policy and procedures.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
