Chipton-Ross is seeking a Tooling Manufacturing Analyst 2 for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Mfg. Analyst Tooling for the F-35, you will be responsible for the following activities; the tool control & accountability process, CAM activity relating to the F-35 tooling statement of work, reconciling received materials, closing out shippers, scheduling of cycles and reworks of special tooling and tools through manufacturing IE internal fabrication shops, and writing purchase requisition for the fabrication & rework of special tooling at suppliers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Tool Control & Accountability processing between domestic and international partners
• Supports all customer tool property audits
• Start and maintain all status & scheduling of tooling parent tool orders within the MES system.
• Provide & maintain visibility charts to assess the health of the F-35 line
• Prepare shop packages derived from 2D & 3D designs, TDLR management & TCNs dispositions from manufacturingengineering.
• Compile & reconcile all TMCS data
• Maintain all charts and visibility for auditing and tool proposal information purposes
• Administrate and reconcile the Spot buy and Credit Card system to insure timely delivery of material required for in house fab, modification, and repair of tooling.
• Coordinate planning issues with shop personnel, manufacturing and quality engineering as required.

• Receive and validate all special ordered materials & chemicals from suppliers.
• Coordinate bill of material supplies and maintain and issue tool packages.
• Coordinates on a rhythmic basis with Property Management, F-35 Tooling & Program Managers, in support of the program.
• Continuous cost and schedule mitigation & Improvement

Candidate must be able to work in a shop environment during work hours work in both internal and external environments, prolonged standing, climbing stairs and bending will be necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3 Years with Bachelors or 1 year with Masters
Manufacturing and finance within assembly tool fabrication and/or machine shop environments shall be considered.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with generating schedules & work plans to meet scheduled commitments.
- Experience working with internal and external suppliers.


Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience MES and TMS programs
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is a preferred
- Aerospace Assembly Tooling experience
- Experience with Catia

EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek. 1st shift

MISCELLANEOUS:
