Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Graphics/ Labeling Specialist for an opening in Fremont, CA.

SUMMARY:
The client is looking for an experienced Graphics Specialist II to revise and generate new labeling components for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products which are regulated by the FDA and ISO 13485. This position requires a person who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple priorities, and has strong organizational skills. The Graphics Specialist II must be accustomed to working within established timelines and have a high attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updates and/or designs labeling components for sustaining or new product launches using Bartender, InDesign and Labor 2000 software applications. Manages all translation activities, including obtaining quotes and generating purchase requests. Participates on product launch teams and provides guidance on labeling changes. Review and approves labeling proofs received from printing vendors. Maintains open communication and customer support to various functional groups within the rganization.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Shift: M-F, 8-5

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
